JavaExe is a little program that allows you to run a Java application from a .exe file, just as if it were a Windows application, a system service or a tool from the control panel.
Some of the possibilities with JavaExe include running only one instance of an application at a time, restoring a Java application automatically after a reboot, or managing the taskbar.
Similarly, JavaExe can 'intercept' some operating system events, such as inserting or ejecting an external storage device or checking the state of the battery in a laptop. In whichever case, the program will inform you in the appropriate window.
